Ann Marie Holder's distinguished legal career reflects her diverse international background and commitment to excellence. Originally from the British West Indies and raised in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, she built an impressive academic foundation—graduating summa cum laude from the University of the Virgin Islands before earning her Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and recently completing her Legal Education Certificate from Eugene Dupuch Law School. Licensed to practice in Massachusetts (1990), the District of Columbia (1993), North Carolina (2017), and Maryland (2024), her expansive career spans private practice, public counsel, and the Governor's Legal Counsel Office in Massachusetts. Ann Marie's professional journey has seamlessly blended law firm experience with higher education, notably during her time in Greenville, North Carolina, where she combined academic work with transactional law practice. Now based in Maryland with her husband, she continues to expand her legal expertise while embracing the rich opportunities of the DMV area.
